    i. Course Description:


    To equip students with skills in motor vehicle maintenance covering engine repair works. Students will be assessed using practical (70%) and theory (30%) based evaluations through the Skills Development Department (JPK) certification. Among modules offered in this course are Vehicle Control Technology, Internal Combustion Engine Technology, Power Distribution Technology and others. Upon completion, students should be able to fully understand motor vehicle operations theoretically and are able to repair the multiple systems in motor vehicles.


    ii. Career Prospects:


    Outstanding candidates will be able to hold positions such as motor vehicle mechanics/technicians, instructors in public/private sectors and also entrepreneurs in related fields.

  • Certificate in Automotive Technology (Heavy Equipment Maintenance

    i. Course Description:


    To equip students with skills in heavy equipment maintenance covering heavy machinery repair works such as Backhoe, Excavator, Roller Compactor and others. Students will be assessed using practical (70%) and theory (30%) based evaluations through the Skills Development Department (JPK) certification. Among modules offered in this course are Hydraulic / Pneumatic Systems Maintenance, Track and Undercarriage Maintenance, Fuel Injection Pump (FIP) and others. Upon completion, students should be able to fully understand heavy machinery operations theoretically and are able to repair the multiple systems in heavy equipments.


    ii. Career Prospects:


    Outstanding candidates will be able to hold positions such as heavy machinery mechanics/technicians, instructors in public/private sectors and also entrepreneurs in related fields.

  • Certificate in Automotive Technology (Commercial Vehicle Maintenance)

    i. Course Description:


    To equip students with skills in commercial vehicle maintenance covering commercial vehicle engine repair works such as buses and lorries. Students will be assessed using practical (70%) and theory (30%) based evaluations through the Skills Development Department (JPK) certification. Among modules offered in this course are Test Lane Vehicle Inspection, Automatic Transmission, Air Brake / Anti Lock and Retarder Brake System and others. Upon completion, students should be able to fully understand commercial vehicle operations theoretically and are able to repair the multiple systems in commercial vehicles.


    ii. Career Prospects:


    Outstanding candidates will be able to hold positions such as commercial vehicle mechanics/technicians, instructors in public/private sectors and also entrepreneurs in related fields.

  • Certificate in Automotive Technology (Automotive Paintworks)

    i. Course Description:


    To equip students with skills in automotive spray painting covering paint defects inspection and vehicle respray works. Students will be assessed using practical (70%) and theory (30%) based evaluations through the Skills Development Department (JPK) certification. Among modules offered in this course are Alkyd Spray Painting, Acrylic Spray Painting, 2K Spray Painting and others. Upon completion, students should be able to fully understand the various types of paints used in automotive painting theoretically and are able to respray vehicle bodies using the correct techniques.


    ii. Career Prospects:


    Outstanding candidates will be able to hold positions such as spray painting mechanics/technicians, instructors in public/private sectors and also entrepreneurs in related fields.

  • Certificate in Automotive Technology (Panel Bodyworks)

    i. Course Description:


    To equip students with skills in automotive bodyworks covering vehicle body repair and supervision works. Students will be assessed using practical (70%) and theory (30%) based evaluations through the Skills Development Department (JPK) certification. Among modules offered in this course are Body Parts Dismantling, Body Welding, Chassis Repairing and others. Upon completion, students should be able to fully understand auto bodywork techniques theoretically and are able to repair vehicle body panels.

    i. Course Description:

Among modules offered in this course are Engineering Drawing, Automotive Technology, Computer Aided Manufacturing, Automotive Manufacturing Processes, Machining, Product Material & Testing, Quality Control, Automation & Mechatronics Flexible System, Electro Pneumatic & Hydraulic and others. Students are assessed using practical (70%) and theory (30%) based evaluations through the Skills Development Department (JPK) certification. Students will also undertake a compulsory final project for accreditation by Level 4 DKM. Among modules offered in this course are Automotive Technology, Human Resource Management, Maintenance Management and others. Upon completion, students should be able to fully understand specifically management elements in the Automotive Industry for practice in related career choices.


    ii. Career Prospects:


    Outstanding candidates will be able to hold positions such as Assistant Automotive Engineers, expert instructors in public/private sectors and also entrepreneurs in related fields.

  • Diploma in Advance Automotive Technology

    i. Course Description:


    To equip students with skills in management, supervision, planning and maintenance works in the Automotive Industry covering human resource management, quality control, financial management and others. Students are assessed using practical (70%) and theory (30%) based evaluations through the Skills Development Department (JPK) certification. Students will also undertake a compulsory final project for accreditation by Level 5 DLKM. Among modules offered in this course are Automotive Technology 2, Financial Management, Quality Control and others. Upon completion, students should be able to fully understand specifically management elements in the Automotive Industry for practice in related career choices.
