Sepang - IKTBN Sepang is committed in developing students’ confidence through their employability skills. Hence, a Group Job Interview Session was successfully conducted for students as part of the English Empowerment Initiative Program 2026. This activity aims to provide students with the opportunity to experience a simulated job interview in a supportive learning environment while improving their communication, confidence, and teamwork skills.

The session began with a short briefing by the lecturer, Madam Waheida binti Azmy on the interview process, assessment criteria, and the expectations of professional behaviour during an interview. Students were then divided into groups and interviewed by a panel acting as an employer. Each student was given the opportunity to introduce themselves, answer interview questions, and participate in group discussions and problem-solving activities. Overall, the group job interview session has achieved its intended objectives.

It has provided students with practical exposure to the interview process and increased their awareness of employer’s expectations. The experience has also helped them to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, making them better prepared for future employment opportunities. Because here at IKTBN Sepang, we are committed to gearing up our students towards English excellence by equipping them with the right knowledge and skills necessary for success.
